In order to summon Lord Zir, it is going to be necessary to collect a sufficient amount of Exquisite Blood in order to fulfill the prerequisite. The following are the two distinct avenues that one may pursue in order to acquire this material:
In order to complete the Torment world tier, you will need to defeat each of the world bosses in their respective dungeons. Participate in the Legion events that are currently taking place in the Torment world tier.
Only when playing on the World Tier four difficulty setting is it possible to access the non-story, replayable version of the boss fight against Lord Zir. The circumstances are the same as before with Duriel. You will need to travel to a location in the Fractured Peaks known as The Darkened Way in order to be able to call upon the boss, Lord Zir.
