On Friday, February 17, 2023, Madden 23 Ultimate Team (MUT) hosted a special stream on 'Good Morning Madden' that revealed the nominees for the Team of the Year, the final player to be honored by NFL Honors, and the Ultimate Legends Program, which is a favorite among fans. Additionally, the nominees for the Team of the Year were announced during the stream. The Legends Program, which was celebrated earlier in the season, will continue on with its celebrations through the Ultimate Legends Program. It honors some of the most famous players to have ever competed in the National Football League and features players who are eligible to participate on Legend theme teams. The Ultimate Legends Program is a continuation of the Legends Program in addition to having its own unique edition. As part of the Ultimate Legends Program, ten brand-new legends have been added to Madden 23 as of February 17th.
